ONESITE MEETING & Preconstruction Design

The first step is an onsite consultation with Director, Daniel Boyce. This initial meeting is more than just a walkthrough — it’s a collaborative discussion about your vision, lifestyle needs, and design aspirations.

We listen carefully to your expectations and explore the practical and creative possibilities to define a clear, and achievable scope of works.

We work closely with you to develop a comprehensive preconstruction design so that we understand your functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget considerations.

Construction Estimate

We provide detailed estimates to give you a clear understanding of the scope of works and associated costs. We include a comprehensive file of photographs upon completion showcasing before, during and after construction for homeowners' records.
